It was time to bring out my winter jacket this day. I layered it with my newly Bench purchased, the Funnel Neck Jacket - which I am loving! And yes, that is snow you see on the ground, but not to worry, I have my lovely Hi-Tec boots. So, are you guys ready for winter?

Target and TOMS Team Up for the Holidays!

You know me and how I like designer collaborations. Being a fan of both Target and TOMS, I was super excited when I heard that they will be teaming up on a limited-edition collection for the holidays. The coolest part about this partnership is that when you purchase items from the collection, you'll be helping someone in need!

Using the same philanthropic model as TOMS, " One for One, For All", which gives away one pair of shoes for every pair sold, Target and TOMS will donate a blanket, meals or shoes for every item sold from the collection.

TOMS for Target features more than 50 items, each under $50, and will be available in stores on November 16. And beyond TOMS' beloved slip-ons, the limited collection includes home goods and apparel and accessories for women, men and kids. And once again, every purchase allows you to bring home a beautifully designed product and do good, providing nourishment, warmth and shoes to a person in need.

It was a beautiful early October fall weekend, so we decided to go to the Niagara area to check out the fall colours. We were a little disappointed, thought there would be more colours. But anyhow, we still had a great day. Decided to go casual this day. Love this Adidas camo-like print hoodie, it's cozy and I love the colour/design - one of my fav!

Target Style - Fall 2014 Preview

I attended the Target Fall 2014 Preview a few weeks back. Here's what in store for the upcoming season. In both apparel and home decor, Target is inviting guests to "Cosy up to Fall" with layers of cable knits, fur, wool and chunky textures. For Fall 2014, Target offers apparel and accessory collections for women, men and kids that combine a balance of comfort and modern style, creating timeless and stylish pieces that mix and match, all at unbeatable prices.

Target's warm and cosy home decor collection is full of assorted textures, patterns and details including gold and metallic accents, rustic woods and oversized accessories. Wheather it be a throw or the "perfect to curl up in" sweater, Target has just the thing to warm up this Fall.

Peter Pilotto for Target

If you're a fan of Target and their design collaborations, I'm sure you know that their next collaboration is with London-based designer Peter Pilotto! They're best known for their expertise in textiles and print. Unfortunately, the Peter Pilotto for Target collection will only features women's apparel, accessories and swimwear. (Sad face) However I'm still really excited about the collection. It will be available February 9, 2014.

I love the super fun, cool graphic, along with the bright colours and prints: it just makes me happy when I see them. The collection is so perfect for Spring/Summer. Check out the look book here!
