TOMS Sunglasses

It's summer time! Aside from putting on sunblock to protect your skin, don't forget about taking care of your eyes! I love wearing sunglasses and came across some nice ones from TOMS. Yes, you heard right, TOMS does not only makes shoes but also eyewear!

And with every pair of TOMS eyewear purchased, TOMS will help give sight to a person in need. One for One.

Love the detailing: Can you read "Give" & "Sight"
on the top of the frame?

Love how there are different colours at the end of the temples!

TOMS just launched it's new Traveler sunglasses. They are resilient frames that are designed for an active lifestyle. Traveler sunglasses are made out of a unique material that provides maximum flexibility while maintaining durability, so you can throw these frames in a bag without worrying too much about the shape they'll be in when you need them later on. Lastly, they're super stylish!

For more info about TOMS or to purchase the Traveler sunglasses - click here. They're available for both men and women - check out some of the styles below. Which pair do you like?

PUNGAS - 3D Printed Shoe Accessories!

Pungas by Hickies - Horns

I wanted to share with you this very cool product by the people who created Hickies, the elastic lacing system. If you've been following me, you know that I'm a fan of Hickies - turning any sneaker into a slip-on! Check out my past postings here, or Hickies' site here for more background info.

Hickies, collaborating with Shapeways (a 3D printing marketplace) and artists of the Pictoplasma design community is launching this new product called PUNGAS. They are 3D printed shoe accessories. They are easy to use, wearable on different parts of your sneakers, colourful, and the byproduct of an exclusive collaboration between Hickies and international artists.

"The release of PUNGAS has more than one purpose. We want to give our community a way to rethink their footwear and have fun in a creative and unconventional way. We also think that PUNGAS is living proof that 3D printing technology is changing the way we shop and produce," says Gaston Frydlewski, CEO and co-founder of Hickies.

There is a Kickstarter campaign for Pungas. Head over for more information and learn all about this cool product! If you make a pledge, you'll get them before they hit stores. Plus, you'll also be able to get limited edition designs too. Help spread the words about Pungas!

Check out some of the Pungas below - how fun and neat designs, right? Stay tuned to my blog, I will definitely keep you guys updated about PUNGAS! : )

Stuff I Wore - Comfy Day

I'm starting a new posting segment on my blog! It called 'Stuff I Wore'. If you've be following, I've kind of been doing it before on Instagram. However, I've decided to include more pics and details about the outfit. For example, info like where I got the items, reasons I got them, and if I remembered, will even include the cost. Since I always keep an eye out for great deals! Note: I hardly ever buy anything at regular price. And yes, I do have LOTS of clothes! : )

It'll be lots of fun (for me) sharing my love for fashion, and a chance to be a model. FYI, not an easy job - lol.

I love clothes and putting together outfits. Hope you'll enjoy them and hopefully my outfits will somehow inspire you in some way : ) Please let me know what you think. I would love to hear from you, good or bad, I'm fine with that. Fashion is subjective and all about having fun!

Here it goes - this outfit was taken a few weeks back (noticed the snow). I will love to thanks my sister, she's my photographer (taken with my iphone) and art directed by me : ) Her help and patience is greatly appreciated. I can be pretty picky, lol. Enjoy!

It's one of those comfy day: hoody, jeans and sneakers.

Hoodie from Adidas, Jeans from Gap, Orange layer T from American Eagles Outfitters and sneakers from Converse.

Love this comfy grey hoodie from Adidas. Simple but the addition of the cute patch makes it fun.

Accessories: Watch from Casio, got it from the Gap, Green bracelet from Aeropostale, Belt from Bench.

Maison Martin Margiela for H&M count down

Only a few more days till the launch of the Maison Martin Margiela for H&M Collection - who's excited!! Available Thursday November 15 @8am.

The more I read more about Maison Martin Margiela, the more of a fan I am becoming.

A little background info: MMM is a french fashion house which as always followed its own path, often outside the conventional fashion framework.
They constantly questioning the norms of fashion and presenting its pieces through the technique of deconstruction and transformation, their collections reinvent volumes, modify shapes, change the original use and movement of garments and derail classic notions of fashion.

The collection for H&M consists of apparel and accessories for both men and women. A very neat thing - each piece is specifically labeled with a unique tag indicating the season from which its originated, spanning 23 years since the Maison's funding. (noted in their logo above)

For all the info of the collection including prices, looks and how to shop, check out H&M website here.

Some of the pieces I am hoping to get/on my wishlist:

Both this and the bottom tops are regular long sleeves but printed
to appear like a sweater and a button down shirt - neat!!

Check out some of the very cool/interesting accessories:

Brecelet

Handbag-with a handle made from a pair of glove

Handbag

Upsidedown handbag - that's right, made to wear upside down!

Candy wrapper clutch

Hugo Guinness for Coach

I'm not really into high-end brands, however when I saw this limited edition collection created for Coach - I changed my mind : ) I really like the look of them and the use of some fun, simple artworks! A very different look for Coach.

Coach teamed up with Brooklyn-based artist Hugo Guinness. The collection features his signature hand-cut linoleum prints. There's a New York coffee cup, a boxer, sunglasses, key and handcuffs.

The 17-piece line consist of leather totes, wallets, sunglasses cases and more. They are available now on coach.com and in select Coach stores in NYC. These New York inspired designs range from $70-$400.
